Security and data residency

The platform is installed on your own servers, inside your network perimeter. Telemetry, archives, models and agent decisions are stored there and are not sent to Faceplate.

The AI agents can run on-premise language models, so closed and isolated networks work without any connection to the internet. Cloud AI services are an option for open or test projects only, and only if you choose them.

• The website is separate from customer systems and holds no operational data.

If you think you have found a security problem in the platform or this website, write to info@faceplate.io with a description and the steps to reproduce it. Please give us reasonable time to fix it before you disclose it. We will confirm receipt and keep you informed.
