Privacy policy

Faceplate LLP (ТОО «Faceplate») (“Faceplate”, “we”), BIN 200 540 008 768, 67B Mametova Street, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan (Республика Казахстан, г. Алматы, ул. Маметовой, 67 б), is responsible for the personal data described here.

When you send the contact form: - your name, work email and company - your role, current SCADA or DCS and phone number, if you give them - your country, the type of asset you operate and your message - how you want us to reply (email or WhatsApp), the language of the page, and which page or button you came from

When you visit the website, our server processes your IP address and browser details so it can deliver the pages. We do not use them to identify you and do not build profiles. We count visits with Umami, which runs on our own server: it records the page, the referring site, the country, the browser and the device type, sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and cannot identify you. The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies; see the Cookies page.

• To reply to your request, arrange a demo or a call, and prepare an offer you asked for.
• To route your request to the right regional team.
• To keep the website secure and filter out spam.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing. We process it because you asked us to contact you, and because answering business enquiries is our legitimate interest.

• The website and its database run on servers of PS Cloud (PS Internet Company LLP) in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Each request is emailed to our sales inbox, and a confirmation is emailed to you, through Google Workspace (Google LLC), which hosts our email.
• Each request is also created as a task in our sales pipeline in Asana (Asana, Inc.), so the right team member answers it.
• If you choose WhatsApp, the conversation runs through WhatsApp (Meta). We use it only for that conversation and never for operational data.
• If spam protection is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person.

These providers process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms. Some of them are outside Kazakhstan and the European Union.

We keep contact-form requests for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a contract. Then we delete them, or keep only what the law requires.

You can ask us to: - tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy - correct it or complete it - delete it, or stop using it - withdraw a consent you gave

Write to info@faceplate.io. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live: in Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry; in the European Union, your national data protection authority.

When we change this policy, we update the date below. If a change matters for data you already gave us, we will tell you before it applies.
